Your Wellness Matters

I grew up with a fairly balanced mainstream approach to health. I remember going to the Dr. & medicine, as well as some natural remedies and an amazing garden!

As a child, I developed an allergy to antibiotic drugs. This actually caused me a lot of fear in my adulthood as I imagined the "what ifs" and heard about superbugs in the media.  

When I began to learn about essential oils and other powerful natural solutions, I fell in love with the model of prevention and informed self-care. And frankly, I fell in love with not getting sick all the time! I grew in confidence that I could show up for my life and take care of my children a better way.

WHAT I'm About . . . 

I really thrive when I'm tuned into my (Clifton) strengths (Input, Connectedness, Learner, Restorative, Harmony), which serve me in my wellness business. I absolutely love learning and helping others to solve problems.

Different chapters of my life have allowed me to work as an ESL, English, & German teacher, as well as a doula and childbirth educator. These experiences helped set the stage for what I'm doing now.  I love research and processing information, as well as working with people - and helping them find solutions for their problems.      

I love my family.  And life can be hard.

I actually struggled with multiple miscarriages & infertility before bringing these amazing people to earth.

I deeply wanted to be a mother.  And achieving my goal of finally having children brought it's own set of challenges - that has also felt crushing, at times.

There were times I was so overwhelmed, I almost lost hope.  Life isn't easy, no matter our path, but there are tools to help.    

I found hope again.  So much of my confidence and personal power came back when I learned about natural solutions and saw them working for my family.  This is what drives my passion to share these tools: I know there are people struggling who need these tools.
